4/26/10

It's kind of like riding a bike....

In a sense, or maybe just a die hard habit. I probably could have done better but I have been out of the game for a bit. While I was working, I did not have the time, energy or inclination to go shopping at all so we pretty much surfed on what was already in the pantry with weekly as-needed additions of fresh dairy and produce. As you can imagine, we were actually starting to run out of things (gasp!)

I have been more then a bit envious of the deals that Michele and JoDee have been getting at Safeway. They are going to get a big laugh out of how much I spent :)

Ok, 3 stores - wait - no, it was 4. I started out at Winco because I wanted to pick up some more John Morrell Smoked Sausage that Karissa got for $1.18 each. I had like 50 $1.00 MFR coupons (you can find them at Rosauers but they expire 4/30) so I was planning on picking up a dozen or so. Were down to 4 left from the last time I went there and 2 of those will be used on Saturday so...

I get to Winco and they had raised the price up to $1.78 each! Jackasses!!

So I left and went around the corner to Walmart, not a place I shop at much but since it was so close I decided to check the prices there. They had them for $1.50 each. Twice as much as what I wanted to pay but I'm in a spot here, we are going to run out, so I grabbed 10 of them. I got:

10 John Morrell Smoked Sausages @ $1.50 each = $15.00
2 cans of Bush's Grilling Beans @ $1.48 each = $2.96
1 loaf of Artisan French bread, reduced to .59 cents
1 Rianxeira Tuna Snack @ $1.50
Kikoman Soy Sauce @ $1.42

Subtotal = $21.47

Minus:

$1.00 John Morrell MFRs (exp 4/30) x 10 = $10.00
$1.00/2 Bush's Grilling Beans MRF (4/18 SS, exp. 5/16) = $1.00
$1.50 Rianxeira Coupon (try me free MFR from the 2/10 All You) = $1.50

Total Coupons = $12.50

Total OOP at Walmart = $8.97

And I left a bunch of the John Morrell coupons there too, I wont be using all of them....

Next Stop, Rosauers:

1 Sicilia Lime Juice @ $1.09
9 Kool Aid Fun Fizz @ $2.00 each (normally $2.59 each) = $18.00
1 bunch of Green Onions @ .59 cents (normally .79 cents each)
4 bags of No Yolks Noodles @ $1.00 each = $4.00 (normally $1.59 each)

Subtotal = $23.68 (would have been $31.55 at regular price)

Minus:

$1.00 Kool Aid FunFizz MFR (3/28 SS exp. 4/25 but they took them anyway) x 9 = $9.00
.75 cents off any No Yolks PRINTABLE X 4 = $3.00

Total Coupons = $12.00

Total OOP at Rosauers = $11.68. I saved an additional $7.87 by purchasing the Kool-Aid and Noodles on Sale!

Last stop, Fred Meyers

Transaction #1:

4 boxes of Wheaties Fuel @ $2.00 each = $8.00
- $1.00 PRINTABLE MFR'S x 4 = $4.00
- .05 Bag Credit
= $3.95 and got back a $4.00 Catalina. Thanks for the info on this one Crystal!

I had a .75 cent of e-coupon loaded as well but it didn't come off :(

Transaction # 2:

2 bottles of Mirassou Pinot Noir @ $7.99 each = $15.98
FM usually charges $12.49 per bottle so this is a pretty good deal and it's my mom's favorite. She has been helping me alot around the house and with Colby so I bought them as a Thank You gift for her.
3 - 2 lb. packages of Mahatma Jasmine Rice @ $2.50 each = $7.50
1 bottle of French's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce @ $1.50
1 bottle of Heinz 57 sauce @ $2.50
2 bottles of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce @ $2.27 each = $4.54
1 bottle of Lea and Perrins Steak Sauce @ $3.49
1 box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch @ $4.89
2 boxes of Yo-plus Yogurt, reduced to .99 cents each = $1.98
1 box of Fiber-1 Yogurt @ $1.99
2 Digiorno Pizza and Breadsticks at $6.19 each = $12.38
Tax = $1.39

Subtotal = $56.75

Minus:

Bag Credit = .15
Free Cinnamon Toast Crunch coupon = $4.89
Free Mahatma Rice Coupons x 3 = $7.50
Fiber-one peelie coupon = .55
$1.00 Yo-plus PRINTABLE MFR (NLA) at .99 cents x 2 = $1.98
$1.00 French's Mustard MFR (4/11 SS, exp. 6/30) = $1.00
$2.00 Lea and Perrins PRINTABLE X 2 = $4.00
$2.00 Heinz 57 sauce PRINTABLE = $2.00 (ty again Frugal Chic)
$3.00 Digiorno PRINTABLE from Facebook x 2 = $6.00
Catalina coupon from previous transaction = $4.00
E-coupon for Fiber-One yogurt from Cellfire = $1.00
E-coupon for Cinnamon Toast Crunch from Cellfire = .55

Total Coupons = $32.07

Total OOP for Fred Meyer = $24.52 - keep in mind that $17.37 of that was for the Wine, so without the Wine it would have been $7.15 :)

Total OOP for all 3 stores = $45.28

But...

If I had not used coupons and purchased things that were on sale the total price tag would have been...$110.82!!

Maybe I didn't do so bad after all ;)~

Favs of the week, 12/15 - 12/24

This week's sales are 9 day ads, with the exception of Fred Meyer.

The big ticket item this week in grocery are the Rib-eye and Prime Rib roasts, the difference being that the Rib-eye Roast still have the rib bones attatched while the Prime Rib has them removed. We usually purchase the Rib-Eye and, since I'm married to the Butcher anyway, remove the ribs ourselves at home because there is alot of good meat between them and a nice rack of ribs makes a great meal in itself. Most stores will remove the ribs if you ask them too, but have them freezer wrapped and take them with you. Your paying for them anyway so might as well make another meal out of them later :)

Here is what is catching my eye this week, please leave a comment if I missed something or you find something real hot out there this week. And, please be careful while out and about, the roads, parking lots and sidewalks are slick! I slipped on Monday night and I think I broke my butt :( Sure feels like it anyway....

Albertsons -

Rib Roasts, whole in the bag (I have no idea what that means, but it also says they will cut and wrap it for free), $4.99/lb.

Kraft Shredded or Chunk Cheese, $1.49 each
- $1.00/2 PRINTABLE - TY Printable Coupons and Deals
= .99 cents each

Also, on page 5 of Albertson's ad there is a Manufacturers coupon for $3.00 off any Fresh Whole Turkey, though the pic on it shows Butterball and the retailer redemption address is to Butterball as well. Exp. 1/31/10. Might be able to pick up a cheap Turkey after Christmas?

Frugal Chic Living has the scoop on the rest of this week's deals.

Fred Meyer 2 Day Sale

There is a Fred Meyer ad in today's paper that has a Saving Certificate that is valid today and tomorrow.

Save up to $30.00 in Home, Apparel, Home Electronics and Jewelers -excludes food dept. though, bummer-, but it can be combined with other coupons.

Save $5.00 on $25.00 or more

Save $10.00 on $50.00 or more

Save $20.00 on $100.00 or more

A few weeks ago, Fred Meyer shoppers in the Wandermere area also received a post card for an additional $5.00 off of $25.00 that can also be used store wide and combined with other coupons. So, if you are a Wndermere FM shopper, you could save up to $35.00

A nice lady, Melissa, left a note in my last post on how she used the coupons to purchase Christmas presents for her family, and get a free Turkey - too boot!!

Thank you Melissa for sharing your very resourceful and clever idea !

Favs of the week 11/18 - 11/24 The Turkey War in ON!

You know...this is one of those weeks where Everybody has the same stuff on sale so they try to outwit each other by offering free Turkeys or super cheap Turkeys if you spend a certain amount. Fred Meyer even put an ad in the paper today. Here is the breakdown.

Albertsons -

Village Market frozen basted Turkey
.37 cents per lb up to 16 lb, over 16 lb .27 cents per lb, with additional $25.00 purchase.

If you don't spend $25.00 the turkey is $1.29/lb.

Butterball frozen Turkeys, $1.59/lb.

Butterball fresh Turkeys, $1.79/lb.

Wild Harvest whole Turkey (organic), $2.49/lb.

Fred Meyer - ad on page C8

Private Selection frozen Turkey
Free if you spend $150.00 (ok, who the heck is going to do that?...but I wonder if that is store wide or just grocery...)

.49 cents per lb. when you spend $100.00

.59 cents per lb. when you spend $50.00

They don't say what the price is if you don't spend at least $50.00...(maybe, No Turkey For You!)

Fresh Yams or Sweet Potatoes, .68 cents per lb. (you know they both are really sweet potatoes, but that is another post for a different day)

Bulk Walnuts, in ad coupon, $2.49/lb.

Rosauers - 13 hour wine and cheese sale on Thursday, 11/19 - 20% off.

Premium Norbest whole Turkey, .39 cents per lb with a $25.00 purchase. They didn't say what the price is if you don't spend $25.00.

- $1.00 MFR (11/8 RP, exp. 12/5)
= $3.99

Lindsay Large Olives, .79 cents
- $1.00/2 PRINTABLE

Safeway -

Safeway frozen Turkey, .27 cents per lb. if over 16 lbs, .37 cents per lb. if under, with $25.00 minimum purchase.

Honey Suckle frozen Turkey, .69 cents per lb. with $25.00 minimum purchase.

4 days only - 11/18 - 11/21

2 liter 7-up products, 3 for $1.00, with club card. It says limit 1 purchase of 3 per household, but I don't know how they would keep track of that, unless they are tracking it somehow with your club card.

O Organics Fresh Herbs, 2 for $4.00

Safeway is also doing a "spend $25.00 on participating products, get a $5.00 reward coupon good on future purchases"...is that an OYNO deal? The wording is weird. Anyway, I will try to get back to this later today.

Yokes - They flat out ain't playing the turkey game...

Butterball frozen Turkey, .89 cents per lb.

Fresh Turkey, $1.27/lb. I'm guessing that it is Norbest.

Smoked Turkey, $2.99/lb.

Longhorn Spiral Cut Ham, $1.88/lb. Best Ham on the planet!

Russet Potatoes, 10 lbs., .98 cents each

Swanson's chicken Broth, .39 cents each

10/30/09

Fred Meyer Run

If you got today's paper, make sure you look at Page A-9 for 3 coupons for:

  • Mountain Dairy Milk, 1 Gallon, .99 cents each, limit 2
  • Cheetos, .69 cents, limit 2
  • Mars Fun Size Candy Bars, $1.99 each, limit 3
  • Pork Shoulder Blade Roast, bone in, .89 cents/lb. No Store coupon - but keep your eyes peeled for $1.00 off Any Fresh Pork Product MFRs! limit 2.

Here is what we got today. I have to say, we went through the self-check out and there are some flaws in that process, because 1 of our items did not scan (I didn't realize that until I got home), and the scale didn't catch it either. I thought I heard the beep but the item isn't showing up on the receipt. Also, a MFR coupon that I cannot recall having for .50 cents came off the total as well. I am breaking it down according to how it should have worked out and then I will give you the numbers on how it did work out.

  • 10 Fred Meyer Canned Beans @ .59 cents each = $5.90
  • 1 Yoplait Yo-plus yogurt @ $1.99
  • 1 Yoplait Fiber-1 yogurt @ $1.99
  • 2 Fresh Pet Select Dog Foods @ $1.99 each = $3.98
  • 4 Coffee-Mate Creamers @ $2.00 each = $8.00
  • 2 Bags of Cheetos @ $1.67 each = $3.34
  • 2 Gatorade 8 ct packs @ $4.77 each = $9.54
  • 2 All Small and Mighty Laundry Detergent @ $3.99 each = $7.98
  • 2 Gallons of Mountain Dairy Milk @ $2.39 each = $4.78
  • 1 Pork Roast @ $5.82 (6.5 lbs)
  • 1 Pork Roast @ $5.83 (6.5 lbs)
  • Tax = $1.87

Subtotal = $61.02

Minus Store Coupons:

  • - $5.00 off of $25.00 ( Home mailer, received in the North Spokane area for the Wandermere store only)
  • - .90 cents for the Fred Meyer Beans
  • - $1.00 x 2 for the All Small and Mighty Laundry Detergent = $2.00
  • - $1.78 x 2 for the Gatorade = $3.56
  • - $1.40 x 2 for the Milk = $2.80
  • - .98 cents x 2 for the Cheetos = $1.96

Total for Store coupons = $16.22

Subtotal for order = $44.80

Minus MFR coupons:

  • - $1.00 x 4 Coffee Mate PRINTABLE = $4.00
  • - $1.00 Yoplait Yo-Plus PRINTABLE
  • - $1.00 Yoplait Fiber-1 PRINTABLE
  • - $1.00 x 2 All Small and Mighty PRINTABLE = $2.00
  • - $2.50 x 2 Pet Fresh Select Dogfood ( 9/13 SS, exp. 12/31) = $5.00
  • - $1.00 x 2 Fresh Pork Coupon (hangtag found in the Meat Dept.) = $2.00
  • - $1.00 Cellfire Yoplait Yo-plus
  • - $ $1.00 Cellfire Yoplait Fiber-1

Total for MFR Coupons = $17.00

Total for order = $27.80

Here are the real numbers:

  • Subtotal Before Coupons: $60.43
  • Total After Store and MFR Coupons: $27.32

So, while I was working out the breakdown I realized that I had not been charged for 1 can of beans which would have added .59 cents to the subtotal, and added .09 cents to the store coupon total. But, then one of my MFR coupons scanned in at .50 cents instead of $1.00. I asked my mom if she could remember if we used any .50 cent coupons and she could not either. All of my coupons were for a $1.00 or more.

I did get $1.04 in overages with the Cell fire coupons and Pet Fresh coupon since the attendant took off the full coupon value @ $2.50 instead of the shelf price @ $1.99...but its a bit weird how the scales let that extra can of beans slide through and one of my coupons not scanning at the amount on it. I guess I shouldn't be worried about a .48 cent difference in my favor, but it did make me realize that you really have to keep on your toes when using the self-check out.

BTW, if I am recalling correctly, the Pork Shoulder Blade Roast sign said it would be on sale through 11/11/09 at .89 cents/lb. We plan on going back tommorrow and picking up a couple more so I will double check that, but its a great stock up price for some Yummy Sunday Dinners :)

Pillsbury prices at Fred Meyer & e-coupon info

October 7, 2009

Here is a list of prices for the Pillsbury products that qualify for the OYNO. I got this list from the Fred Meyer on Francis Ave. Im hearing that the OYNO promo is also working at Safeway and Albertsons, but I haven't tried it in those stores so I can't say for sure.

Pillsbury Sweet Rolls = $2.07

Grands! (refridgerated) = $2.49

Cinnamon Rolls = 3 for $5.00

Pizza Crust = $3.29

Pie Crust = $3.79 (ouchie)

FM on Francis discontinued carrying the bread sticks.

Save $1/2 Shortcuts Italian Breads, including loafs, pizza crust, breadsticks and dinner rolls (Im thinking this might include the crescent rolls, because I can't find another e-coupon on shortcuts that is specifically for the crescents - if I am mistaken will someone please let me know)

Save $1/2 Cellfire crescent rolls, Italian breads, Grands! and cookies.

Fred Meyer is starting to get weirded out over the e-coupons :( A couple days ago, I noticed that my e-coupon for the Cottonelle toilet paper messed up the store coupon in that the SC was adjusted to .75 cents instead of taking the full $1.00 off for one of the packages. I told Crystal at Frugal Chic Living about it, she went and tried it and the same thing happened to her! She scanned her receipt and put it up on her post so you can see for yourself what happened. Long story short, there is no additional savings when using e-coupons with store coupons!

I know, I know, here I go with the Fred Meyers again....

Ok, I just wanted to do a follow up on the Pillsbury catalina deal that is going on at Fred Meyers this week.

In my previous post, I mentioned that the cellfire e-coupon for the Pillsbury grands might also come off the total, but I am glad to report that it DOES NOT. The reason Im glad? Because its not the product that is on sale and technically should not come off if your buying the crescent rolls. Whatever is happening with the Nature Valley Nut Cluster e-coupons is some kind of glitch, which is to be expected periodically when a new system or program goes into action.

I still did get my Pillsbury Crescent rolls for free :) Here is the math:

Pillsbury Crescent rolls on sale (no store coupon required), 3 for $5.00
- $1.00 PRINTABLE x 3 = $3.00
= $2.00
*Received a $2.00 OYNO for buying 3. So, I did put out $2.00 cash, but got it back on the OYNO. I just checked and it looks like this coupon is still available, I can't print it again because I printed my limit before. If you need to print it from Foxfire, see this POST for the link.

There are also other coupons and Pillsbury Products that will work with this Catalina deal. Your mileage will vary, depending on which products you buy and how many. I recommend checking Hot Coupon World or A Full Cup for a complete list of available coupons.

Qualifying Pillsbury Products are:
  • Crescent Rolls
  • Sweet Rolls
  • Grands! Biscuits and Cinnamon Rolls
  • Pie Crust
  • Dinner Rolls
  • Bread Sticks
  • Pizza Crust

Buy 3 qualifying products = $2.00 OYNO

Buy 4 qualifying products = $2.50 OYNO

Buy 5 qualifying products = $3.00 OYNO

Im going to FM again today (for a few more pouches of Free Tuna) and I will try to remember to make a list of the prices for the other items on this catalina deal....so there will probably be another Fred Meyer Post :)~

Fred Meyer Picks 10/4 - 10/10

October 4, 2009Seriously, it's impossible to do any better then the ACD when it comes to the weekly Fred Meyer coupon match ups so Im just going to put up my favorite picks for this week.
  • Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, 3 for $5.00

You know what this means? Free Crescent rolls! Print your $1.00 off 1 coupons IE HERE and Fox Fire HERE. (thanks again, Happy2bfrugal) They are bricks coupons so you can print 2, and if you have access to another computer you can get as many as you need because when you buy 3, you will get a $2.00 OYNO! So, pay $2.00 for 3 Crescent rolls, get the $2.00 OYNO = FREE!!

It is also possible that the Cellfire e-coupon for the $1/2 Pillsbury Frozen grands might work with this as well. If anyone recalls what happened with my NV Nutcluster purchase when I bought 2 bags and a .40 cent e-coupon for NV granola came off....Im just saying, don't expect it but dont be suprised.

  • Bar-S Bacon, 2 for $4.00 - $1.00/2 Printable HERE = 2 for $3.00
  • Kraft Shredded cheese, 3 for $5.00 ($1.67 each) - $1.00/2 Manufacturers coupon from the Albertsons 9/30 ad = 2 for $2.34 or $1.17 each. (This is a valid MFR, exp. 10/6, it scans at FM, just trim them neatly so that the Albertsons logo doesn't show to avoid any hassle from the cashiers...you didn't hear this from me)
  • Nabisco Snack Crackers, $1.99 each - $1.00 PRINTABLE for Wheat Thins = .99 cents each.
  • Darigold Butter, 2 for $4.00 - .40 cents/1 Blinkies (these have been spotted everywhere) = $1.60 each.
  • Alexia Fries, 2 for $4.00 ($2.00 each) - .75 cents for the Spicy Sweet Potato Fries PRINTABLE = $1.25 each (not sure if this flavor is included)

Here's a couple other things that caught my eye...

Duraflame logs, 6 ct, $16.99 each - $3.00 PRINTABLE = $13.99 each

Maxlite CFL Light Bulbs, $1.99 each

Brita replacement water filter, 1 ct., $6.00 - $1.00 PRINTABLE = $5.00 each (thats almost half off)

And, Keana C., who is the Fred Meyer Deal Queen from Puyallup, left a comment on this post about another Glade deal she found, here is what she said:

"psst....found another great glade deal.

Buy 2 glade scented oil tins at FM for $2.50 each. Use 2 $1.50/1 coupons found inside tins. Buy 2 Glade scented oil refill packs, use 2 blinkie coupons located near product for "buy tin get refill pack free".

Total comes to $2 plus tax Plus, submit for $5 SC Johnson Rebate. This makes a $3 moneymaker! I did this at the Puyallup Fred Meyer."

Go HERE for the $5.00 Rebate form (ty Frugal Chic)

So, Spokane FM deal Queens, keep your eyes open for this Glade Money Maker and if you find it, please post a comment with the prices and store you found it at :)

Super cheap Hamburger Helper

October 3, 2009

Dang it! This is what I get for being all excited about getting cheap Hamburger Helper. Had I not been in such a hurry, I could have gotten 3 boxes for .19 cents a box!!

So, if you still have the Hamburger Helper coupon from yesterdays paper for the Fred Meyer 3 day sale and want to score some super cheap Hamburger Helper here is a scenerio for you.
  • Go the Shortcuts.com and load the .75 cents/3 Hamburger Helper e-coupon onto your Fred Meyer card.
  • Then click HERE to print another .75 cents/3 Hamburger Helper coupon, or if you have any from the Sunday paper those will work too.
  • Stack on the Fred Meyer 3 day sale coupon that is for Hamburger Helper for .69 cents per box.

The shortcuts e-coupon will only work once, but you will still end up getting 3 boxes for .19 cents each, there is a limit of 6 on the FM coupon so if you want all all of them you will end up paying $1.89 for 6 boxes, making them .31 cents each.

is feeling a like an idiot for not checking shortcuts before!

Coupons.com has added some new printable coupons. Here are a couple that will work with Fred Meyer's current deals:

Stack with the $1.00 off FM Store coupon from the monthly extra savings book, (p.3) for a total of $2.00 off. This is normally $5.49 for a 1 lb. box, so with the coupons it will be $3.49. Not a great price for oatmeal, but if this is a brand you like then its a deal for you.

FM has these for $1.99 right now, combine this coupon with a $1.00 off E-coupon from Cellfire or Shortcuts loaded onto your FM Rewards Card for free yogurt! ( I haven't paid for yogurt for about a month now)

Where should I buy the Gillette Fusion Razor?

September 27, 2009

Have you noticed the $4.00 off 1 Gillette Fusion Razor coupon in today's P&G Brand Saver insert? I did, and I also noticed that it is on sale at several different stores. So, I started wondering where I was going to get the best deal on it and decided to compare the stores and prices side by side. Here goes...

1. Fred Meyer, on sale for $7.99
- $4.00
= $3.99 each

2. Target, on sale for $7.49, buy 2 and receive a $5.00 Target gift card.
$7.49 x 2 = $15.88
- $4.00 x 2 = ($8.00)
= $7.88
- $5.00 Target GF = $2.88 for 2 (of course, your still spending the $7.88 but you have the $5.00 GC for something else)

3. Rite-Aid, on sale for $9.00 each
- $4.00
= $5.00
- $5.00 Single Check rebate
= Free after rebate

4. Walgreens, on sale for $8.99 each, buy 1 get a $6.00 RR
- $4.00
= $4.99
Get a $6.00 RR, making $1.01 profit (of course, you will still spend the $4.99 but you now have the $6.00 RR)

I think Im going with Walgreens, I have some RRs from last week I can use. Here is my plan, I hope it works:

1 Gillette Fusion Razor @ $8.99
1 Robitussin DM to go 2 pack @ $2.49
3 Hunts Tomatoes Sauce @ .39 cents each = $1.17 (in-ad coupon)
Tax = $1.10 (approximately)

Subtotal = $13.75
- $4.00 Gillette MFR
- $2.00 Roitussin PRINTABLE (must sign up for coupon)
- $7.00 in RRs from last week, 2 from Thermacare and 1 from P&G)
= .75 cents OOP

And I will get a $6.00 RR for the Gillette razor and a $2.50 RR for the Robitussin for a total of $8.50 back in RRs. I might have to buy some other little filler item because the Walgreens computer system can be a tricky little beast sometimes (I've had it go both ways before)

Oops, my bad, just realized that the Robitussin coupon excludes the DM to go, that sucks, Im going to have come up with another game plan.

My Fred Meyers trip this week

September 24, 2009

Not pictured are 2 Glade Sense and Spray. The Fred Meyer on Francis Ave. has them for $8.99 each, after the $3.00 Store coupon and $4.00 MFR they came to $2.51 each, but I still got the $2.00 Catalinas and I am certainly not going to whine about getting 2 of these for $1.02. Jodeelael just said that the Thor store has them for $9.99 each. So, YMMV depending on your location and store.

So my main order worked out like this:

6 boxes of Healthy Harvest Pasta @ $1.00 each
4 boxes of Smart Taste Pasta @ $1.00 each
2 bags of Fresh Express Salad blends @$1.50 each
10 cans of FM Beans @ $6.14 for all 10
2 Kraft Salad Dressings @ $1.67 each
1 Yoplait Yo-Plus Yogurt @ $1.99
2 packages of Challenge Butter @ $3.00 each
1 7 lb. bag of Purina Cat Food @ $8.48 (bummer, just noticed that, it was suppose to be $7.99)
1 box of Honey Sunshine Kashi Cereal @ $2.81
Tax @ .74 cents

Subtotal = $41.76

Minus:

$3.14 in FM Store coupons for the beans salad and butter.
$4.00 from the Glade Catalinas
$2.81 Free Kashi coupon
$12.00 in MFR coupons
$1.00 Cell Fire E-coupon
$3.00 in Albertsons Doublers shhhhh
.10 cent bag refund

Total MFR coupons, store coupons and discounts = $26.05

Total OOP = $16.45

Michele's got the scope on Safeway HERE - by golly, those Apples sure do sound good! And check out her Fred Meyers trip while your there :)

Glade Money Maker at Fred Meyer!

September 23, 2009

Keana C. left a comment that I think is definately worth sharing with everyone. She found a great deal on Glade Sense and Spray at Fred Meyer!

Here is what she said...

"So i came across an amazing deal at Fred Meyer.

In the coupon booklets at the cash register there is an instore coupon for Glade's Sense and Spray for $3/1. (p. 13)I used a MQ coupon from my Good Housekeeping Magazing for $4/1 Glade Sense and Spray.

I also printed two more at the Right@Home site. I am not sure of URL. (You can print the coupons HERE)I did three different transactions. Each one came to $.91each. After I paid, a catalina spit out for $2 off my next purchase as a thank you from Glade. "

Im definately adding this to my shopping list:) Thank for sharing this Keana and Way to go!
