Favs of the week, 12/15 - 12/24

This week's sales are 9 day ads, with the exception of Fred Meyer.

The big ticket item this week in grocery are the Rib-eye and Prime Rib roasts, the difference being that the Rib-eye Roast still have the rib bones attatched while the Prime Rib has them removed. We usually purchase the Rib-Eye and, since I'm married to the Butcher anyway, remove the ribs ourselves at home because there is alot of good meat between them and a nice rack of ribs makes a great meal in itself. Most stores will remove the ribs if you ask them too, but have them freezer wrapped and take them with you. Your paying for them anyway so might as well make another meal out of them later :)

Here is what is catching my eye this week, please leave a comment if I missed something or you find something real hot out there this week. And, please be careful while out and about, the roads, parking lots and sidewalks are slick! I slipped on Monday night and I think I broke my butt :( Sure feels like it anyway....
