Back to the freezers this week! I'm trying to free up some space and do some freezer cooking this week so we will be eating a good deal of chicken again. I also have another surgery coming up the following week and was advised by my Doctor to eat alot of lean proteins, i.e. chicken, cheese, fish (probably next week). She said that the lean proteins would help me heal faster.

I am finding that waiting until Saturday to do left overs is not working for us. I had to throw out a bunch of stuff last night because it wasn't stored properly and went bad :(

Friday -
- Tacos with Indian Fry Bread
- Green Salad
- Taco Pie
- Left overs

I'm going to have to try that chicken cordon blue casserole! I'm always looking for yummy new ways to cook chicken. The fry bread sounds like a winner, too - I love simple recipes like that!
