Menu Plan Monday

I hope every one has a yummy week planned :)

We are cleaning out the fridge because we have alot of left overs from this weekend to finish off ! That beer butt Chicken didn't get made until Saturday so I am using the left overs from it to make dinner tonight. And, we will be using the left overs from Sunday's Steak BBQ to make dinner with on Tuesday.

Monday -
Teriyaki Chicken stir fry w/rice, veggies and almonds
Using left over chicken, cabbage, mushrooms and broccoli
Pot Stickers

Tuesday-
Left over Spaghetti sauce with left over steak and pasta,
Broccoli and left over Artichokes
Garlic Muffins

Wednesday -
Not sure yet, maybe something from my list of recipes that I have compiled while surfing the MPM that I have been wanting to try.

Thursday -
Taco Ring - new!
Taco fixings

Friday-
Left overs if we have any, I am not throwing out any food this week!

Saturday - Boys are going to see the Spokane Shock so it's quick and easy stuff tonight.
BBQ Hamburgers and smoked Sausage
Pasta Salad
Potato Chips

Sunday-
Breakfast for dinner!
Sausage gravy w/biscuits
bacon, eggs, hashbrowns

Can't wait to see what everyone else will be eating this week at The Orgjunkie's MPM and the Busy Mom's Guide!

We love Teriyaki Chicken stir-fry and would have it every night if we could get away with it. :-)

Stopping by from MPM and I have a super busy week, so an easy meal plan for us.

I have several contests going on and lots of other posts for my Home Office Organization Series. Be sure to stop by, if time permits. :-)

I'm going to be clearing some veggies out of the fridge for stir-fry this week too! I love the idea of using almonds in stir-fry . . . mind if I borrow it? ;)

By all means, feel free :) I usually like to use cashews in stir frys but I don't have any, just a bunch of almonds that I had my sister bring back from Trader Joes the last time she was in CA, figured, they would work just as well, right:)~

Love that you're making sure to use up your leftovers! That's a big part of my menu-planning. :) And breakfast for dinner is just the best...I need to make sausage gravy again for my hubby one of these days. Ever since we moved to New England, I seem to forget about it! Hope you enjoy the Hot & Sour Peanut noodles- thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment! Please let me know if you like them. :)

Hey! How does it feel to be off this week? ;)
Sometimes we just have "Smorgasbord" night... I put the leftovers out and everyone picks what they want. The microwave is busy on those nights but it's easy for mom!!

Stirfry is slowly coming into my top three things I could eat every week! It's so yummy and versatile. :)
Breakfast for dinner is wonderful. And sausage gravy with biscuits is just divine. :) YUM!
Have great week!

Your menu plan reminded me to do breakfast for dinner again soon...it's one that the family loves, but I seem to forget about. Thanks for sharing it.
