I picked up a $1.00/2 at FM last week, but I haven't seen anything better than that.
The blinkie machine was still up last night at the Sullivan store, and now I'm wishing I had grabbed more. Those little machines seem to mysteriously disappear when an item goes on sale!
I found some of those at the Northpoint Safeway this afternoon.
Department managers will purposely pull the Blinkie machines that have coupons for sale items, especially when they are "loss leaders". Even though the store makes money on coupons, when combined with a sale item the store actually loses money because they are moving more product, thus the machines are "accidently" knocked down or broken. They are not suppose to do it, per the contract obligations they have with Smart Source/News America. But, hey, things get broken(yeah right!)
So, definately be grabbing a few coupons from the Blinkies when you find them, because they won't be there when the item goes on sale :(
