Of course, No California that stinks. We also never have double coupons I want double coupons!! The good thing is I do live by a WinCo that is my silver lining and also take advantage of Safeway b1g1 offers.....Julie
I do not get the point of the exclusions. Why allow some people but not others in on a good deal? Senseless BS!
